1. University Overview:
East European University (EEU), founded in 2012, is a private institution in Tbilisi, Georgia, recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and India’s National Medical Commission (NMC). The Faculty of Healthcare Sciences offers a one-cycle Medical Doctor (MD) program in English, attracting international students from India, UAE, Israel, Qatar and more.
2. Course Duration
The MD program spans six academic years (12 semesters) totaling 360 ECTS credits:
- Years 1–2: Pre-clinical sciences and Georgian language modules
- Year 3: Para-clinical studies (Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology)
- Years 4–5: Clinical rotations in core specialties
- Year 6: 48-week supervised internship and State Final Examination

6. Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum age: 17 years by December 31 of admission year
- Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (40% for reserved categories)
- NEET-UG qualification mandatory for Indian students
- No IELTS/TOEFL required; English-medium instruction
