2. Course Duration

The MBBS program spans six years (360 ECTS) split into: - Years 1–2: Pre-clinical sciences (Anatomy, Histology, Physiology, Biochemistry) + Georgian language modules - Year 3: Para-clinical subjects (Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Clinical Skills & OSCE) - Years 4–5: Clinical rotations (Internal Medicine, Surgery, OBG, Pediatrics, Community Medicine) at the 500-bed University Hospital and affiliated clinics - Year 6: Supervised 48-week internship and State Final Examination (OSCE & viva) Total: 5 years academic + 1-year internship.
