1. University Overview:
Established in 2015 in Batumi, Georgia, BAU International University Batumi is a private institution recognized by WHO and accredited by India’s National Medical Commission (NMC). It is a member of the BAU Global network and hosts over 200 international students from 25+ countries, offering a modern English-medium MBBS program with integrated Georgian language modules.
2. Course Duration
The MBBS program extends over six academic years (360 ECTS), comprising:
• Years 1–2: Pre-clinical sciences (Anatomy, Histology, Physiology, Biochemistry) + Georgian language
• Year 3: Para-clinical subjects (Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Clinical Skills & OSCE)
• Years 4–5: Clinical rotations (Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics) at the 500-bed University Hospital and affiliated clinics
• Year 6: Supervised 48-week internship and State Final Examination (OSCE & viva)
3. Documents Required

- Apostilled & translated 10th & 12th grade mark sheets (PCB)
- NEET-UG scorecard (for Indian students) or affidavit if NEET-exempt

- Minimum age: 17 years by December 31 of admission year
- Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (40% for reserved categories)
